Each country has different laws about emulation and roms.
You can only download a ROM file if it is legal in your country.
In the US, you are entittled to have a back-up of the game you own origanaly. While it is very expencive for you to buy machines to create ROM files of your game. The only way is to download them off this site.
In most countries it is legal to download the ROM and play it for 24 hours, and then it must be deleted, if you don't own the origanal game. We are not recponcable for the actions you take when downloading ROM files.
